Our enrollment process helps us learn about your childāso we can support their learning in meaningful ways.
ā Enrollment Steps
This first meeting allows us to get to know each other. Families share what they are looking for in a school, the childās strengths and struggles, and any concerns or goals. It also gives you a chance to experience our learning environment and ask questions.
After your visit, submitting the application and registration fee formally begins the enrollment process.
Once your application is finalized, weāll officially welcome your child with an acceptance letter and send your enrollment packet so you can get started.
Your packet will include:
- Student Personal Inventory
- Parent Inventory
- Enrollment paperwork (sent digitally via email)
These forms help us get to know your child deeply before their first day ā their interests, strengths, needs, and the learning environment where they feel most supported.
We will set up your invoice(s) according to your chosen payment schedule.
Once tuition has been arranged and initial payment made, your childās spot is fully secured.
Your child joins our community and begins their journey at Vibrant Minds!
All new students start on Tuesdays, so they can ease into the rhythm of a full school week with support, structure, and connection.

ā¢ Conversation about interests, learning style, and expectations
ā¢ Plenty of time to observe, ease in, play, and get to know classmates
ā¢ Light participation in lessons and activities
ā¢ Continued settling into our routines and rhythm
ā¢ Teacher begins planning curriculum based on assessment results, interests, and goals
Your child will begin full participation in our regular classroom flow with curriculum tailored to their level, pace, and needs.
