Birthday Party Rentals

Celebrate your child’s special day in a clean, safe, kid-friendly environment designed for fun, imagination, and play. Our full private rental gives your family the entire space to enjoy at your own pace.

Party Rental Cost

$200 for up to 4 hours

This includes:
• 1 hour of setup time
• 2 hours of party time
• 1 hour for clean-up

You may leave earlier if finished, but the rental window does not extend beyond 4 hours.

Booking & Deposit

A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
• The deposit is applied toward your total balance.
• If you cancel at least 48 hours before your party, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Please select your rental window carefully and plan to begin your party at least one hour after your start time to allow for setup.

Availability

Parties may be booked:
• All day Saturday
• All day Sunday

Setup begins at the start of your scheduled rental time.

Capacity

Recommended maximum:
• Up to 15 children
• Up to 10 adults
Babies in arms do not count toward totals.

Decorations & Activities

You are welcome to bring your own:
• Food
• Drinks
• Snacks
• Decorations

Guidelines:
• No confetti, glitter, or silly string.
• Decorations must not damage walls, murals, paint, or furniture.
• No open flames except birthday candles.
• Piñatas are allowed only when held by an adult; they may not be attached to ceilings, beams, lights, or fixtures.

Food & Safety Rules

• No food or drinks are allowed in the Jungle Gym room or on padded flooring.
• No toys may be taken inside the Jungle Gym. The padded flooring is designed to cushion falls, and toys create safety hazards.
• Vibrant Minds is not liable for injuries resulting from unsafe play or improper use of toys or outside items.

Supervision Requirements

• A parent or guardian must supervise children at all times.
• Children must stay within designated areas and follow posted safety rules.
• Vibrant Minds is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe play or disregard of rules.

Clean-Up Responsibilities

At the end of your rental, please remove all:
• Food
• Decorations
• Personal items

Trash bags should be tied and placed near the back door. Staff will dispose of the trash.

Excessive mess or damage may result in a cleaning or repair charge.
